Apply Now!
Application Period: March 18 – November 1, 2026
Through its community grant program, Catholic Foundation for Brooklyn and Queens will fund a limited number of scholarships for pilgrims with genuine financial need—especially those who, even after parish support and fundraising, would otherwise be unable to attend World Youth Day 2027.
Scholarships are for pilgrims only and cannot be used for group leaders, travelers receiving complimentary spots, or those already sponsored by the Diocese or another institution. Pilgrims from the Seminary, Novitiate, or Cathedral Prep may be included.
Eligible applicants must:
- Travel with a Diocese of Brooklyn group
- Be current on the first two payments to Peter’s Way Tours
- Be an active member of a Brooklyn or Queens parish, as confirmed by the pastor
- Be included in the one application submitted per parish or institution
Application Process: Applications must be received by November 1, 2026. Decisions will be communicated promptly to assist with scheduled payments.
Step 1: Complete the online application at cfbq.org/WYD2027App
Step 2: Submit the parish’s or institution’s single list of pilgrims requesting support
